Bripa was founded on November 2, 2018. Its founders are experienced insolvency practitioners, with whose efforts and participation the reform of insolvency law began in Georgia and a new draft law “On Rehabilitation and Collective Satisfaction of Creditors” was written. The insolvency system is important both for the development of the Georgian economy and for the improvement of the investment environment.
